which you can ask a member of the
Patient Forum to get in touch with
you. Responses to your comments left
in this way will feature in the
Acorn, the quarterly newsletter from
Oaklands Health Centre.
Complaints or grievances should be
made to our practice manager,
Jonathan Himsworth. We follow
national guidelines regarding
complaints and you will receive
acknowledgment of your complaint
within two days of receipt. We aim
to resolve all complaints within 10
working days whenever possible.
