We also have a team of receptionists, secretaries and dispensers and who are here to help you as much as possible.

They will do many things for you including making appointments, taking messages, ordering prescriptions and ambulances, and will inform you of your test results when the doctor has seen and approved them. Sometimes they will ask for details of your condition in order to assess the degree of urgency. Such information is dealt with in complete confidence and at the direction of the doctors.
